It was very clean, and the people where ACCOMMODATING. We booked luxury room and could use wake-up service, available in it. Their concierge is the best! Truly enjoyed dainties at Kaspa's Desserts, it was just walking distance from the hotel.

I could easily get to world museum liverpool because it was only 1 km away. Booked with a marvelous breakfast and I appreciated the meal;)))
